Elevating Engagement: Dynamic CRM and Email Designs

Over my years at WundermanThompson, I’ve specialized in engaging customer relationships through dynamic CRM. Designing across different channels – including email, push notifications, paid media, social media and app integration – I’ve helped create highly targeted & personalized campaigns and triggered communications.

I’ve worked closely with strategists and data specialists, creating journey maps to define touchpoints throughout the customer lifecycle. I am accustomed to a templated approach, enabling us to utilize data to deliver tailored content to various audience segments – based on preferences and behavior.

I also love the chance to add animation and motion to sendouts, and have become a master of gifs.
