Tiffany & Co. Interactive Store Directory

Agency: R/GA
Client: Tiffany & Co.
Role: Art Director
Tasks: Concept, Web Design, UX

Helping shoppers navigate the Paris flagship store

I had the opportunity to work with R/GA to design an interactive store finder interface for the iconic Tiffany & Co. flagship store in Paris. The brief was to design a cutting-edge touchscreen experience that seamlessly blended luxury with technology. The goal was to enhance the in-store experience for customers by providing an intuitive and interactive way to locate products within the three-level store.

Chosen direction – Collection collage

Simple and fun transitions help to display a sampling of what a shopper would on each floor and each subcategory. Swipe left and right to change the floor, and click on categories to update the collage and show subcategories.

Alternate direction – Product shots plus editorial photography

Combining large product imagery with fashion photography. Tapping on different groupings within each floor will open a subnav and swap out imagery.

Alternate direction – Grid

Each floor has a grid containing tap-able category groups and editoral photography. Collection imagery will subtely rotate through when at rest state. Clicking into a category reveals subcategory navigation and more specific product shots.
